A review from the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Consumer Security examined 8 imported samples of 'Dubai chocolate', five through the UAE and 3 from Turkey. It found that each one eight samples were being regarded "defective". 5 with the goods sampled contained fats other than cocoa butter, which isn't permitted in merchandise labelled "chocolate"
